We had four rooms booked, including the barn with the wine cellar, but the swimming pool wasn't working when we arrived or at any point during our stay. The water in the barn was out too, so we had to shower in the other rooms. For 10 people in the barn, there was just one toilet and one shower. When we raised these issues, the owner seemed interested only in taking the cash. Customer service was non existent!!! There are fore more better places in Mikulov and South Moravia than this one!

We stayed in apartment no. 4, and everything was clean and worked as it should. The outdoor pool, which was the only one we used, had lovely warm water. The guesthouse is in a peaceful spot but still close to everything, and the owner was great. I highly recommend it.
