Hotel Helada

The only good thing was how clean it was. You get a key to your room, but not to the hotel entrance, and your car stays locked in the yard. If someone happens to be at reception, they may let you out and perhaps back in. When I returned late as the last guest, the receptionist left the building entirely. I was stuck in a hotel I'd paid for, with no way to move freely outside. They wouldn't return until morning. I've never experienced anything like this anywhere else, and I won't stay here again.

I haven't stayed in such a lovely hotel for a long time. The setting was peaceful, the facilities modern, and the service excellent. I was completely satisfied and would recommend it even to more demanding guests.

The location is ideal for a visit to the SKODA plant, and the private parking is secure and behind a gate. The rooms are perfect and have air conditioning. Breakfast could be better, which is why I didn't give five stars.

We were welcomed warmly and served quickly. Breakfast was okay, but our room was right by the street and just too noisy.
