We only spent one night here while riding our motorcycle toward Germany. It worked well as a stopover, and I’d recommend it for that. The owner was friendly and helpful, and had asked about our arrival time beforehand so the keys could be handed over. We paid in cash at check-in. The guesthouse is on a horse farm in a quiet suburban area, away from the main road. Our room was upstairs and had a large balcony, towels and a TV. There’s a shared refrigerator in the hallway, and a bar and restaurant downstairs where you can order food until late. The town square is about 1 km away. Parking is right in front of the guesthouse, though it isn’t covered or locked. After we talked, the owner found a place in the stables where we could keep the motorcycle out of the rain. The room had no refrigerator or cooler, no air conditioning, and none of the basic things for making a simple meal, like a plate, cutlery or glass. The owner kindly lent us those items so we could prepare breakfast in the room.

I’m not rating the hotel itself. I’m talking about how they run hippotherapy. Doing it without a physiotherapist is like riding a bike without handlebars. The unpleasant woman leading the horse seemed unprofessional and didn’t know how to handle it, while the child was just carried along. It feels like a money-making cesspool, and I can’t believe they call this hippotherapy!

We’d happily come back. The guesthouse is charming, the rooms are very clean and nice, and the bathrooms are well kept. Everything seemed to be in very good condition, and the price was quite good for winter. It’s in a beautiful, interesting area, close to nature and the horse stables. There’s a fridge and electric kettle in the hallway. We didn’t have breakfast at the guesthouse, so I can’t comment on it. Regular service was the only thing we missed.

The room was clean and had a double bed, but the shower barely worked and there was almost nothing else in the room. They don’t cook here, just have a small bar. The room costs far too much for what you get.

We’ve just come back from the Boháček guesthouse and had a wonderful stay. The setting was amazing, the food was excellent, and the lady owner was lovely. Our room was beautiful and clean. Thanks so much, we’ll be glad to return.
