The care here is better than what I've usually had at pricier, higher-star hotels. Rooms are clean and thoughtfully laid out, the beds are comfortable, and the curtains make it completely dark for sleeping. There's a wine opener in the fridge, and the bathroom has cotton swabs, a hair comb, liquid soap, and even women's hygiene supplies. Breakfast is outstanding, varied, and served in a cozy space. The staff are friendly and helpful. One of the best hotels I've stayed in, and I'd absolutely recommend it.

The room felt quite cold even with the heat turned all the way up, and the bathroom could use furniture by the sink and somewhere in the shower to put shampoo and other things. On the plus side, there's a pizza place attached, the staff are friendly, and breakfast is good.

The staff are nice, and the lobby has a stylish, well-designed look. But the rooms are tiny, with poor maintenance and few amenities. Breakfast starts late and is very basic. Rooms aren't cleaned on Sundays, and reception closes at 10 p.m., so you have to use the inconvenient entrance at the back at night.

The rooms were clean, and the staff weren't openly hostile, but the night was far from refreshing. We paid 78 euros for a top-floor room that apparently reached 30°C in summer, with no AC and no curtains to make it dark. Add two kids aged 5-6 and it was quite a party. The Wi-Fi was mostly symbolic, and there was no shampoo, just small hand soaps. And yes, the heat was a problem.

The hotel's Wi-Fi is useless unless you bring your own amplifier. On our last morning, the breakfast included rotten ham, which is a health hazard. I firmly believe it had been served at the previous day's breakfast too.
