Bad stay. The mattress was dirty, and only one outlet worked, so there was just one place to charge a phone. The service was rude. I wasn't given a door key card and had to call for help. I was with my four friends and had rented a room with four beds, but there were only three, so we had to change rooms. The dinner, Czeski gulasz, made me sick. I don't recommend it.

The owner showed no interest in fixing the lack of hot running water. Our rooms were cold and dirty, and the breakfast wasn't fresh each morning. The lunch packages were awful too: sandwiches with just a little butter and a piece of cheese, plus a rotten banana.

The balcony view was the only good thing. Breakfast was average, and we found mold on the bread. Nobody spoke English except one man from the restaurant, and he wasn't always there.

The rooms were nice and spacious, and although breakfast wasn't fresh, it was still edible. The doors are a concern, though: every card can open them.

The fries were overcooked and the fried cheese wasn't very good. The desserts and coffee were great, though.
