Penzion Alber 58

The owner was lovely and helped with every request, gave us trip advice, and even had a great homemade poppy seed cake waiting when we arrived. We stayed in this beautiful family pension in a wonderfully quiet spot. The rooms were spotless and well equipped, with a spacious bathroom. I'd gladly come back and highly recommend it.

We loved the large garden, with space to relax, sit, or play sports. The owners were very kind, pleasant, and helpful. It's a quiet village, and Albeř is a lovely farmhouse guesthouse at the end of it. Our clean room was tastefully furnished, with an equipped kitchenette and a spacious bathroom.

The owners were very helpful, and the whole place was so well kept, from the mowed grounds to everything being clean and ready. The cottage has been renovated with real care and elegance, and we enjoyed it a lot. There’s a grill and a fireplace, with wood provided, and even a fire lighter. There are lovely trips to take around the area, and you can swim in nature at Osice. The narrow-gauge railway is another special feature of the region. In the village, there are local restaurants too, especially the one in the “center,” which I recommend. I can't think of anything that would seriously take away from a five-star rating.

It may be a beautiful place, but I'd only recommend booking through an intermediary. I tried to arrange the reservation directly by email with the owner to avoid the commission. After we both confirmed that we wanted the booking, she told us on the day we were due to arrive that we had no reservation. It was a long weekend, so everywhere was full, and finding somewhere else was difficult, especially with our three-month-old baby.
