The staff were really helpful and spoke English while we struggled with our Czech. The room was comfortable and lovely, and although it’s beside a road, it wasn’t too loud. The hotel is a 3 minute walk from the park, and the tram from the station makes it easy to get into the town centre.

Breakfast was really tasty, with lots of vegetables. The dining room isn’t very big, so when it’s busy people may have to wait in line for a while. Staff were professional and polite. My room on the 7th floor was clean and stylish, with a good view, though it might be a little small for a couple. The Old Town is about 15 minutes away on foot, and Olomouce Old Town is really beautiful, so don’t miss seeing it. I really liked this hotel.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the centre of Olomouc, and the tram line takes you to the station.

For the price, this is a good hotel in Olomuc. The rooms are okay, and the staff are lovely :-P :) Breakfast was a bit weak compared with hotels in Turkey.

Check-in took a very long time, 50 minutes for a group of 8 with 2 receptionists. It’s expensive for CZ, and you can find a cheaper Family Hotel with better service. In my opinion, the “smile system” for rating employees is a very bad, very American way to manage staff.
