The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was quite nice and fairly priced. I’d recommend getting it. The room was very spacious, reasonably clean, and quite cheap. The main problem was the heating: it worked near the room door and in the bathroom, but not at all in the main room. After several complaints and three hours, one of the two radiators started working somewhat. We weren’t offered a different room, and with poor insulation it made for a very cold night.

The room was huge, clearly once an apartment, and the check-in staff were friendly and helpful. They even offered to hold our luggage until the room was ready. The location was great, though city noise came in because we needed the window open for ventilation. The curtains didn’t block the light and didn’t fully cover the windows. Our toilet kept dripping, and the shower head didn’t work. Apparently they already knew and had a plumber due in a week. We made do since it was only one night.

A good alternative to hotels in Olomouc, and good value for a reasonable price. It’s central, 150 meters from the market square, with clean rooms and tasty breakfasts. I’ve stayed in different rooms over the last few years, and it’s always been okay.

I was very satisfied. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was excellent, and the pension is right in the middle of the historic area.

The courtyard-facing room was lovely and quiet, and the place is very close to the center. Parking, though, is a joke unless you drive a Smart. I couldn't fit in with a larger car.
