The room itself was in more acceptable shape, but the bathrooms were disgusting and the kitchen couldn't be used. The bathrooms even looked recently renovated, which made their neglected state all the more puzzling. There was cleaning equipment everywhere and signs asking people to keep things tidy, but that doesn't seem to be enough to keep the place clean. You couldn't lock yourself in the bathroom, either, and I felt very unsafe there. I expected a cheap hostel with basic furniture and a good location. Instead, I was horrified by the dirt. This was the first time I seriously thought about leaving a hostel to find somewhere else. Please read the comments and avoid this place.

The bed was uncomfortable, and the linen was dirty and unwashed. In the bathroom, the lock didn't work, the basin was broken, and the shower curtain was moldy, so there was no privacy. The kitchen was unusable too, with food scraps and a bad smell everywhere. There weren't even cups or pans to make tea or a simple dinner. Other guests were workers from Ukraine who made tea at 4:30 in the morning and woke me up. The neighbors were aggressive and unhappy to see us. I'd recommend looking for somewhere else.

The rooms were nice and the location was excellent. I really liked the shower, though one bathroom door had a broken lock and the tea towel smelled unpleasant.

We were glad to leave. The kitchen and bathroom were filthy and disgusting, and the place smelled awful. The people staying there were loud and filthy too.

The laundry looked like it was long overdue for replacement, and there were spiderwebs on the ceiling. Add the terrible smell and dirty kitchen, and this was the worst hostel in Olomouc. Avoid it at all costs.
