The location and price are the only things this place has going for it. I've stayed twice, knowing reception was supposed to be open only from 12 to 18, and sometimes not even that. Paying online only became possible recently. On my first visit, they gave me the door and key box codes, but we still had to chase the receptionist to pay in cash. Luckily, we were there four days and finally found someone. For the second visit, I was relieved to pay online and thought there wouldn't be more trouble. I'd even recommended it to students traveling with us. Then we arrived sometime between 6 and 9 p.m. and nobody had received the key box code that was supposedly sent by text. Another guest outside hadn't even been sent the door code and was freezing. We all had to find somewhere else for the night, with almost every option booked, after calling both phone numbers over and over, the one on Booking and the one on their site. The next day, someone finally got in touch at 1 p.m. and asked when we were checking in, as if nothing had happened. I said I had to work at the conference until 7 p.m. and politely asked for the code again, but got no reply. When we went there again, we finally saw the receptionist, a completely unshakable girl who had no explanation for what happened beyond the usual 'not my fault.' And on top of that, two of us were assigned a different room from the one we'd paid for. If you don't want to run a hospitality business, then don't.
