I stayed in a spacious top-floor room with a balcony, a comfy king bed, and a large bathroom. It came with a coffee maker, kettle, glasses, cups, and a small fridge. The breakfast had lots of options and was very nice. The hotel is in a renovated older building on a quiet pedestrian street in the heart of Opava. A couple of downsides: there was no sink at the coffee station, and the bed had only two small pillows. There’s no restaurant or bar on site. After 9pm there’s no front desk staff, and the hotel door is locked, so you enter through the apartment entrance.

Breakfast was included and yummy, and there was loads of room for all five of us in the one-bedroom apartment at Kramer. We were travelling with three kids aged 6, 3, and 10 months. They’d set up a cot for the baby with lovely bedding and even a couple of soft toys. The bedroom had a big bed, while the kids slept on the sofa bed. There were toys for them too, including Lego and puzzles. Having a bath was really helpful. We’d definitely stay here again.

My room was very clean and big, and the staff were friendly and supportive. Breakfast wasn’t that good, though it was much better than I’d expected.

The location worked really well, with the city centre close by, and the price felt fair. My room was clean and pleasant, and breakfast had plenty to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful too.
