They wouldn't give my ID back, saying they were too busy to copy it and return it. They simply refused, which was completely unacceptable.

I contacted the hotel two months ahead about availability for a two-month stay, but got no reply after four emails and three calls. If you need somewhere urgently, I wouldn't recommend it. They seem to have no interest in responding to clients or getting the business.

It was so hot at night that I couldn't sleep at all because the air conditioning wasn't working well. The receptionist could've been friendlier, and there were lots of flies on the food at dinner and breakfast. I also found small insects in my room. I don't think I'll stay there again.

The restaurant's one real bright spot is the man working there, who takes great care of customers. The breakfast is pretty basic, though, and the hotel is beside a railway, so you hear the trains regularly. My room was really warm because the air conditioning kept turning itself off. Reception got it working for one night, then it stopped again. The shower drain was clogged, leaving what felt like a foot jacuzzi.

The room service wasn't available on the weekend, and the breakfast wasn't very tasty. The cups were broken, the carpets dirty, and the waitress seemed bearish. The air conditioning made the room smell, probably because it wasn't cleaned. The mattress was awful and had a dip, and the walls were thin. There wasn't enough beer to buy at reception, and the price was too high.
