The minced meat and cheese stuffed with sun-dried tomatoes was my favourite, really good. I tried all five main dishes and none let me down. The chef blends German and Czech cooking in a way that makes for distinctive, tasty plates. I'll definitely stop by again when I return to Pec pod Snezkou.

We had a lovely lunch here. The food tasted great and looked just as good, with local flavors and a trendy presentation. The waiter was kind and very helpful when we asked about dairy-free options. The place feels like a traditional local bouda with some modern touches, and the view from the terrace was amazing. We'd like to come back when we're in the area again.

The rooms are small, but fine for two people and suitable for a one-night stay. The heating was turned up as high as it would go, yet the rooms were still cold. Our linens were dirty when we arrived that night. They were changed the next day and were cleaner, but still hadn't been washed properly.

The menu is short, which means the food is fresh and carefully prepared. Everything is amazing, easily the best food in Pec and among the best in northern Czech Republic. The bacon and pickle bread is a must try. Service was great, and they speak fluent English. Definitely worth a detour.
