We were really pleased with our upgraded room on the top floor. The rooms are being updated, so there’s a noticeable difference between the newer ones and the older ones. The hotel is well located and has good parking, and breakfast was amazing too. Huge thanks to Sara at reception for looking after us so well!

We were in town for Plzen Fest, and as an ambassador Bonvoy member I was impressed by the service here. I spend more than 100 nights a year at different Marriott hotels, but this one made me feel especially welcome. The staff were fun, professional, and very accommodating. Sara and Eliska at the front desk were amazing and made my trip to Plzen a great experience.

Friendly staff, a clean hotel, and good value for the price. I liked having water and ice on each floor. Breakfast could be a little better, and I hated the coffee machine, but I was very satisfied overall. I’d recommend it to anyone.

The location is central, and the area is easy to get around. There are lots of cuisine restaurants and nice bars nearby. The hotel itself is nice, with friendly staff and newly refurbished rooms.

I felt safe here as a woman, and all the staff were wonderful. The ladies at reception were especially helpful, and room service was good. I stayed for 9 days from late January into the first week of February. My room was a decent size, and the breakfast spread had plenty of options. The bed had a nice firm mattress and I slept well. I enjoyed my stay, highly recommend the hotel, and hope to return to Plzen. If I do, this will be my choice.
