Pension Wallis

We were given the four-person room. The linens and towels were clean, and there were plastic cups and soap as extras. Having the toilet separate from the bathroom worked well for four people sharing. Check-in was easy, and communication with the staff went okay. We were also surprised to find public-use refrigerators in the corridor, since they weren’t mentioned in the guesthouse description. The street wasn’t too busy, though a tram passed every 15 minutes in the morning. It’s a good, fairly cheap place to stay.

We couldn’t get any rest because of the noise from other guests in the next room, from 2 to 5 at night. There was shouting, furniture being destroyed, welding, and fighting. The bed was clean and there was hot water, which was good, but sleep was impossible. Breakfast was also very poor, with no hot food. So-so.

A very affordable stay in the city center, with clean, quiet rooms and parking available. There’s a fairly large restaurant too, with tasty food and good beer on tap. The location is close to the main sights, public transport, and a department store with a cinema.

A small, nice hotel in central Pilsen, with clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is pretty basic: tea or coffee, bread, marmalade, and a few pieces of ham and cheese.
