Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Pilsen

From the fifth floor, we had a beautiful view of the city, and the river looks lovely on the way into town. The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of the city center and the bus terminal, with a kebab takeaway and cafe nearby. The Brewery Museum is across the street, but we didn't have time to visit. There's also an Underground Museum in town that's worth seeing, and Market Day on the plaza.

There was a brewery across the street and a supermarket close by, which was very convenient. The room was comfortable and quiet, with the shower and toilet in separate rooms. Even though it was right beside a main road, the soundproofing was excellent.

The hotel is nicely furnished and sits close to lots of places you might want to visit in Pilsen. Still, checking in was painfully slow even with three women at the desk, and the room itself was a bad experience. I’ll probably stay elsewhere next time.

The staff were friendly, and being right next to the brewery is a great location. But at $225 a night without breakfast, I felt the small room and lack of comfort made it overpriced. I was paying for the location and name, I guess. The AC barely kept up, so I went to my car to get a fan. I wouldn’t stay again for that price.
