The staff were great and helpful, and the food was good enough to turn our plans into an extra night. Last year we stayed in the Burian room, then moved to Haas the next night because Burian was already booked. The upright bathtub in Haas was a lovely surprise. We’re coming back this year and will book the most luxurious room. We’d like to make this a special night away at least once a year.

For what a night costs, I expected more breakfast choices. The rooms could also use better air conditioning and fresher air.

The staff were very kind and it’s a beautiful place, but there was a lot of dirt in the whirlpool. Vegetarians don’t really have a chance of finding a meal here.

It felt as if time had stopped while we were there. The service was great, and the food was too. A lovely experience.
