Set high above Luhačovice, it’s a fairly good place that generally lives up to a four star standard. The rooms are quite small, but have working AC, a balcony, and a bathroom with both shower and bathtub. The hotel services are about what you’d expect at this price. Food is definitely better than typical Czech quality. Guest dinners are well prepared and professionally served. There are several very nice pools, and the children’s playground is easy to get to. I have to be picky about two things given the expected standard: the provided wifi was poor, and the hot water was a little yellowish. The biggest issue was a wedding on Saturday. It affected hotel service, especially the restaurant, which was much slower, and the waiters looked exhausted. Parking was full, and there was some disturbance and noise in the evening.

We stayed in one of the four-bed houses, which felt new. It’s a really great place with a wonderful view!

The pool is great, and the food and service are good.

Dinner took an hour to arrive and spoiled what had otherwise been a nice visit. They need to hire more kitchen staff.

I was very satisfied, and the staff were excellent.
