4 Trees Apartments by Adrez Living

Being close to the city center and attractions, with the bus station and metro a short walk away, made getting around easy. The place matched its description, with clean, spacious rooms and staff who were easy to contact, even though we didn't meet them in person. The fully digital check-in and checkout were amazingly simple and meant no physical keys. It made our stay more enjoyable. We'd recommend it to friends.

The bed was uncomfortable, the host wasn't available to deal with our concerns, and some things listed in the Airbnb description were missing, including a microwave. At the start of the stay, we were put in a room whose door wouldn't shut properly. It took a long time for someone to come fix it, and meanwhile we were basically stuck inside the apartment. We also had no internet for part of the stay, which made the whole experience more frustrating.

The location was the one good thing for us. The room wasn't comfortable and didn't have many amenities. We stayed in winter, and the heating was faulty. It was fixed the next morning, but then we realized the upstairs heating still wasn't working. Since we were checking out the following day, we didn't report it, so some of our family spent two nights in the cold. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Getting around Prague was easy from this excellent apartment. It’s close to Old Town, and trams and buses make the other sights easy to reach. The apartment was clean, and communication was great. Thanks for a really enjoyable stay!
