The price was really affordable, and we had everything we needed, plus a little extra. You do have to haul your bags up the stairs, and the outside is dark, but it was still a nice place.

The check-in process was easy, and the staff were very willing to help. It’s a cozy, pleasant apartment close to the city’s best-known sights.

The location is good, but there isn’t much else to praise. Service is lacking: I had to call reception five times to get them to restart the WiFi router, and it still didn’t work. There was no shampoo or clean towel, and the shower smelled like sewage. I wouldn’t recommend it.

We had plenty of room, good electronics and a kitchen, so the place had what we needed for a comfortable stay. We were there for 12 days, and they cleaned our place twice. The only real drawback was tourists yelling at us at night. Reception doesn’t speak Russian, so you’ll need basic English.
