Avoid this place. The entrance looks like something from a horror film, the internet is slow, and the bedding isn’t changed unless you ask. The cleaner apparently only comes once, when you move out, and doesn’t clean the rooms during your stay. The toilets and showers are disgusting, and they can’t be used between 8am and 10am because she’s there. She also polices the kitchen after 10pm, calls people names, curses at them and tries to make them move out. I found her extremely rude and aggressive, and feel she needs psychiatric treatment. The receptionists are rude and unwilling too. They treat everyone like crap and make it hard to enjoy your stay. You have to ask the cleaner if you need anything, and she is pathologically rude. Avoid!

We arrived at 20:20, even though Booking said check-in was available until 21:00, but nobody was at reception. There was no answer when we tried the number posted there. With nowhere else to go, we sat in the corridor. Some kind Ukrainian guests felt sorry for us and tried to help, and someone eventually got through to reception. At 23:00, just as we were about to sleep in the corridor, a woman finally arrived and handed over our room keys. The room was okay once we got inside. It could have been really scary if I’d been alone. The helpful people made the experience turn out okay, with absolutely no thanks to the hostel itself.

Ciao. I absolutely recommend this hotel. The rooms are dirty, the mattresses are old and the sanitary facilities are bad. The prices are high, and the hostel is full of homeless people and people from Ukraine! It doesn’t match the photos on the website at all!

The whole hostel smells pretty bad, and it’s in a really bad location. It gets dark at night, and even though nothing happened to me, I wouldn’t feel safe coming or going. The accommodation is low standard. I wouldn’t recommend it even as a last resort.
