The common area was a lovely place to start the second day with a hot coffee and a lazy morning. The hostel also had a decent kitchen and washrooms. Our room had two bunk beds for four, and though it wasn’t very wide, the cabinets helped. It was thoughtfully laid out, with fans, reading lights, shelves for each person, and a small cabinet. We were excited about the bunks and spent a while in the room. We arrived in Prague early, but couldn’t get in before 9 am because the caretaker only came then, so we went to breakfast and returned for check-in.

Getting around was easy, with public transport nearby and lots of sights within reach. We really liked staying at Kaiser. The rooms are spacious, the toilets and showers are clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. There’s a TV in the dining area too.

The beds were comfortable, the hostel was very clean, and the large lockers kept our things secure. My stay was good, though this is mainly somewhere to sleep and shower, so I’d look elsewhere if you want to meet people and hang out. Street noise was a lot, especially with the window needing to stay open so the room wouldn’t get stuffy. The front desk wasn’t always staffed, and when someone was there, they didn’t always know English.

The people working there were really nice. The receptionist gave us lots of help and suggested places to visit in Prague. They also let me hang around for a while after checkout. Staying at Kaiser Hostel was a fantastic experience.

My friend and I had a room for four. The first night we shared it with a pleasant couple, and the second night it was empty, which made it very comfortable. There were enough shower stalls, and the separate ladies’ restroom was spotless.
