Right in the heart of Prague, so getting around was easy. They also kindly explained how to use the room key and find the shower room. Everyone was very kind, and I'd highly recommend it to travelers. Thanks for such a great stay.

The location was a huge plus, with Old Town Square an easy walk away and a tram stop very close by for getting around quickly. I was staying in a basement room, but still had the larger hotel's breakfast and reception services. The reception staff were really helpful, printing tickets for me and exchanging currency. The room was a good size, nicely done, and the bathroom was great. The shower had plenty of space and really strong water pressure. For a budget stay, this was much better than I expected. I wasn't bothered by being downstairs and honestly couldn't find a downside. I'd happily come back.

Friendly staff and a nice breakfast, too. The location was perfect, close to both Old Town Square and Palladium shopping center, and it was great value for the money.
