The complimentary coffee and sweet treats were a lovely touch, and our room had the charm of historic Prague. Even with the unusually hot weather, it stayed cool and comfortable. The hotel was spotless and beautifully maintained. Romana greeted us with such warmth and positive energy, then gave us helpful city recommendations and was always glad to answer questions. The whole team showed care and professionalism, and made us feel valued. We had a wonderful stay from start to finish and would happily return to Prague and stay here again.

The location was the best part. We could reach nearly everything in ten minutes on foot, often much faster, and the only time we used transit was for the zoo. Shops, breakfast and coffee places, very good ice cream, and lots of restaurants are right nearby. We stayed four nights with my family just before Christmas, after a friend recommended the hotel. Our two-bedroom suite was comfortable and decorated in a way we loved. Both bedrooms were large, and the bigger one had a dining table. Everything was clean and worked well. The heating kept us warm in freezing weather, even in light clothes. The shower was large, hot, and had strong water pressure. Everyone found the beds comfortable, and I loved the fluffy blankets. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were tired after traveling, and the host noticed my youngest was half asleep, so they took us straight to our room and left the paperwork until the next morning. That was a relief, and checkout was quick too. If I had to pick a downside, the TV was very small, but we weren’t in Prague to watch TV, so it didn’t bother us. I can’t recommend the place enough and am already looking forward to another stay.

The room was clean, warm and comfortable, and it was a huge suite. We’d chosen the hotel for its location on a lovely back street, less than five minutes from Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. Staff were welcoming and helpful throughout. I’d arranged a box of Prague chocolates in the room for my adult daughter’s birthday, with a message. We got a warm welcome and an upgrade, and had a really informative chat with the receptionist, possibly Alice. She told us about a classical concert nearby that evening. We went, and it was beautiful. Along with the chocolates, the hotel had left Prosecco and a Happy Birthday message too. I’d stayed in a much more expensive hotel with my husband before, and that one was lovely too, but this place offers great value and comfort. I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Uber is good value and makes getting around easy.

We had an 18:00 flight home and spent the day wandering until 17:00, so we were tired and our feet hurt. After checkout, the staff let us sit in the dining room, offered us free coffee, and said we could use the toilet if we needed to. They’re amazing, caring people, and we’ll come back if we stay in prague again. The rooms are splendid, the service is great, and the location is the best. No second thoughts, just book it.
