The staff were the highlight for me. Everyone was kind, professional, helpful, and welcoming, and it felt like they really cared about guests. The place matched what we wanted so well, and I’d happily recommend it for a trip. The location is great, right next to the castle you have to visit in Prague. There were police around, which made us feel safe, and most tourist spots were within walking distance. Inside, the wooden furniture made it feel warm and homey. The design was cozy, the pillows were fluffy, and the bed was comfortable enough that we slept like babies every night. The toiletries smelled great and seemed good quality. I also loved the fruity tea they provided, and went looking for the tea shop before leaving Prague. I’ve stayed in everything from B&Bs to luxury hotels, and there wasn’t anything I’d pick on here. One small thing for anyone planning a stay: there’s no parking, though that wasn’t a big deal for us.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, and equipped well enough for our needs. My friends and I stayed for two nights in Nov 2018 and had a really pleasant time. It’s beside the British embassy, close to shops, restaurants, transport, and tourist spots. The staff were all kind and accommodating. They gave us clear directions for getting around and ideas for activities, and even arranged an airport transfer. Best of all, they tracked down my jacket and shipped it back to Singapore. I’d definitely recommend the place to family, friends, and colleagues.

A comfortable bed, soft pillows, and a good TV with Netflix built in made for a nice stay. WiFi seemed good too, though I didn’t use it since mobile 4G worked well all over Prague. The shower was a little awkward under the sloping bathroom roof, but that’s a minor gripe. The apartment is in a fantastic location, good value, and not too far to walk into the centre. Staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. I’d strongly recommend it for a short Prague trip.

We had a group of nearly 20, with a mix of studios, superior studios, and one- and two-bedroom apartments. Everyone was happy with their room. Each one had a full kitchen, which was really convenient, and the whole place felt cute, clean, comfortable, and quiet. It’s also close to lots of attractions and stores. Adam, the manager, went out of his way to help with our needs, and the staff were very friendly. I’d stay here again and recommend it. An absolutely amazing aparthotel in Prague!
