The location is easy enough for getting to town square if you’re a good walker, but I’m disabled and relied on buses and trams. None go near Botel Albatross, so there’s still a walk. The rooms were lovely and cleaned daily, and the staff were friendly. Some spoke English very well. One day our towels were folded into swans. The bar area was fabulous for drinks. Vivek had amazing English and was friendly, helpful, and humble. Martin was lovely and helpful too, and Julia and Mari were lovely, always smiling. The food was amazing, especially the tasty deer with sauce. We ate and drank there every day of our week in Prague.

We stopped here for a few drinks while walking around Prague, and the views and location were so good that we’re now considering booking the Hotel on a future visit. Vivek and the rest of the staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Definitely the right place to pause.

The location was a real plus, about a 10-minute walk to Charles bridge. Our room was lovely, and the receptionist was helpful. We had an absolutely excellent stay.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and made the meal feel a bit like being on a cruise. Sitting right by the water was lovely, especially on such a beautiful day for a stroll downtown. The food was classy and delicious. I loved the liver and apple appetizer, though everything was so uniquely tasty that choosing a favorite was hard. The duck was good too, but the desserts were the best part. I ate way too much because it was all so good.

The river-view room with two single beds was perfectly acceptable for the little time we spent in it, and they cleaned it daily during our four-day stay. The food was lovely, the view was lovely, and all the staff were friendly. I loved staying here. The one drawback was a smell from the bathroom drains. We kept the window open and that cleared it quickly enough.
