The aparthotel had a lot of charm, in a classically-Pragesque building with lovely decor. Staff were helpful, spoke good English, and were there at Reception when needed. It was also convenient to leave our luggage, explore the city, and pick it up before catching our train. Some things could have been better. The bathroom fan wouldn’t switch off, and with neighbours screaming all night, it wasn’t a quiet night. The noise from the neighbours wasn’t the property’s fault. Several aparthotel WiFi networks showed up, but only one worked with the password we were given, and its signal was very weak. Our view was just another building three metres across the street. Also, despite the photos suggesting one bed was a double, all the beds were single dorm-type beds, not ideal for couples. Still, it was a very pleasant stay.

The parking is pricey, about 23 euros per night for a space at a partner hotel. The wi-fi was the other letdown. Everything else was excellent.

We found the entrance to CitySpot hard to locate. A bigger sign would have helped us find it. The apartments and the location were great.

It’s a clean, well equipped apartment in a great spot, just a 10-15 minute walk from central Prague.
