The room we got was only half the size of the one we booked, and there weren’t enough beds for our whole group. We had to refuse the stay and find somewhere else in the neighborhood. Even though the property admitted there weren’t enough beds, it won’t return our money. We feel cheated. It was terrible trying to contact the host, who was unpleasant, and they ruined our stay in Prague.

Getting around Prague was easy, with the tram and metro only a few meters away. The apartment itself is brand new, really nice, and has everything you need. Just be aware there’s no elevator.

The apartment was excellent and clean. The big downside was the noise: it’s beside both a tram line and a busy road, with electric noise until midnight and again from 4 in the morning. I couldn’t sleep.
