Cosmopole Hostel

The hostel seemed very new, and some things were still being put together, but we had a really good time. It was clean, the price was very reasonable, and I’d definitely come back. The area is lovely, with bars, restaurants, and sights nearby. Rooftop access was awesome and made a great place to meet people.

I stayed here with friends for two nights and really liked it. Reception staff were helpful and nice, and the rooms, bathrooms, and showers were clean. Everything we needed was there, and breakfast was great too. There’s even a pool table in the common room. The hostel is in a good spot, so it’s quick to reach places around Prague. I’d recommend it if you need somewhere to stay in the city.

The woman at the front desk may be the most enthusiastic person I’ve ever met. The six bed room was all mine, so I can’t really complain, but there was hardly any atmosphere and it felt very dead. Inside was really quiet, though there was construction outside my window. Some design choices were odd: there was no bathroom mirror except in the cubicles, and not enough power sockets.

A good hostel in a good location, with clean accommodations and a nice atmosphere. The terrace has an amazing view. The double windows kept street noise from waking us, and there were lots of showers per floor, so no one had to wait to start the day.
