Self check-in was simple with the step by step instructions. The apartment was very clean and everything went perfectly during my stay. The cleaner came by to replace my towels, take out the rubbish, and clean the place.

The apartment was modern and spacious, with a well equipped kitchen that had everything I needed, including a freezer, oven, and microwave. The aparthotel is well located, with tram 22 making it easy to reach several tourist spots. They also remove rubbish from the kitchen and bathrooms every two days. For the price, I thought breakfast was good, with nice coffee, eggs, cheese, bread, and cereal options. I’d just like to see more fruit. The nights were terribly hot when I visited in summer, and there was no air conditioning or fan. Staff could also give guests a little guidance when we ask how to get to a tourist attraction.

Getting into the parking courtyard was a nightmare. The garage tunnel looks like it dates back to the horse and carriage days, and our car had only about an inch of clearance on either side. Czechs will laugh when you say it’s too small, but I damaged our rental car. Don’t choose the on-site parking if your car is larger than normal. The apartments are great, with excellent tram and metro access. There’s also an excellent Vietnamese restaurant two blocks away.

Very clean, modern apartments, and I’d definitely stay again and use the parking. Parking is fine if you know how to drive properly.
