At 850 CZK a night for one person, the price seems fair to me. The owner tries to make the stay more pleasant and keeps the place clean. It's basic, though, and not suited to anyone with limited mobility, since even getting to the toilet means climbing stairs.
The owner is really nice and accommodating, and I feel almost at home here 🥰🌞. The room's on the ground floor, though it's a bit pricey for the quality. I'm staying until tomorrow.
The main drawback for us was the cold first thing in the morning. We were in a basement room, while the thermostat was somewhere upstairs, and the heating wasn't quite enough. Otherwise we were satisfied. The place was clean, with hot water, WiFi, a fridge without a freezer and a kettle. For four people staying a week, one small closet didn't give us much storage. The toilet and bathroom layout was also a little awkward.
It was quiet and undisturbed, and the room felt pleasant, clean and warm. The equipment matches the price range. Communication was good, and the lady was very pleasant.
A decent place to stay with a family feel.
