Hotel Florenc

The good points were breakfast and the location, which weren't bad. The stay otherwise was very disappointing. The hotel is old and looks nothing like the photos. On our first day, the man at the front desk was extremely rude, kept his headphones on, barely answered our questions, and wouldn't look us in the face. We later asked another attendant about a late checkout, and she said noon was fine. But at 11:10 on departure day, they were already calling our room and telling us to leave immediately because new guests were arriving. Completely disorganized.

It's in a quieter area that isn't crowded, yet the station is just a five-minute walk away and the center is close. After busy days among the crowds, we loved coming back to the hotel's calm. We spent two nights exploring Prague and couldn't have picked a better place. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean, and breakfast was delicious. We'll definitely come back.

The hotel was spotless and tidy. Still, I couldn't check in early because of an Asian couple, even though other people were allowed to.

Our room was clean, but on the second day it smelled awful, like sewage. There were kettles, tea, and coffee, but when we asked for sugar and milk, they said they don't provide those extras.
