We had booked two apartments weeks ahead, but on arrival the woman told us only one was available, even though she charged us for both. That was the worst part of our stay and the worst service in Europe. The top floor was also unbearably hot in the warm weather, felt like 100 degrees, and there was no air conditioning. The bathroom didn’t even have basics like shampoo.

The apartments are spacious and well placed. For about $120 a night, four adults can fit comfortably with room for a living area. Just be aware there’s a nightclub and bar below, and the noise can carry until around 6 a.m.

It was a huge, very clean apartment in a great spot. The beds were really good, the kitchen had plenty of equipment, and the heating worked perfectly throughout. I’d definitely recommend it.

One of the best budget apartments you can get, in a great spot for driving, walking, or commuting to the city center. The apartment is well maintained, and staying in the historic building makes you feel wealthy.
