I can't recommend this accommodation for either a short or long stay. I wanted to rent the apartment for a year. When we visited, Mr Jan agreed and seemed kind, but he didn't mention the terms that later appeared in the contract he sent. I was disappointed by that, especially since he'd said I could use the common area. The contract said there could be no visitors after 22h, and that breaking this rule could lead to cancellation without returning the deposit, which was two months' rent. It also said the residence closes at 22h and the common area can't be used after then. Losing a house key would cost 10000czk. I called Mr Jan to discuss the contract. He was impolite and shouted at me over the phone, saying he had no time to discuss it and I should simply accept what was written.
