The room had so many thoughtful touches, and the lobby was beautiful, cozy, and inviting. Breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection, and we especially liked the à la carte menu. The whole team, from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping, was warm and attentive and went above and beyond. We loved being right in the Old Town, next to the opera house and just a five-minute walk from the Astronomical Clock. Such a great hotel experience. We'd happily return and strongly recommend it.

The staff really made our visit memorable. They were kind, professional, and did so much to make us comfortable. Breakfast each morning had a wide range of choices and attentive service. Our beautiful, spacious suite had a lovely terrace with stunning city views, which made the stay feel special. We had a wonderful time in Prague and would be delighted to return. Highly recommend!

We loved the breakfast so much that it’s the only hotel where I’ve looked forward to breakfast every day. The rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the staff are friendly. The location is great too. My one disappointment: despite having new TVs, you can't connect HDMI or use them as smart TVs. I hope management can make it possible for guests to use YouTube, Netflix, and similar services.

The rooms were quiet, with good air conditioning and windows you could open for fresh air. The bar was a bit disappointing, but there are plenty of great bars nearby. Getting around on foot was easy: the main shopping street is five minutes away, the old square at most 10, Charles Bridge 15, and the castle 25. Great rooms and a fantastic location.

So glad we switched hotels. This one had our favorite breakfast and rooms, and the views from the top floor were the best. The location was great too, and both reception and the cleaning crew were so welcoming and outstanding.
