The reception team made a big difference before we even arrived. We had to move our five-night Prague vacation because of illness, and they replied quickly and walked us through the change step by step. Once there, we found a very clean, comfortable room with a large bed and bathroom. Most sights and the Central square are about a five-minute walk away. Their airport transfer service is worth considering too. We had a great stay.

The biggest drawback for me was parking: the hotel lot was full when I needed it, and finding a space nearby can be a nightmare during the day because the area gets crowded. You might find street parking at night. Otherwise, this is a convenient hotel near central Prague, with clean, roomy rooms, professional staff, free Wi-Fi, and breakfast included. There are conference rooms as well.

We'd happily stay at Grandior again when we're in Prague. The beds were comfortable, the hotel and street were quiet at night, and the location was superb. Staff were kind and helped us with information several times. Breakfast was great, and the price compared well with other hotels we looked at. It had everything we wanted for a vacation, and we had no complaints.

The location made getting around easy, with trams, the metro, and buses close by. We stayed three nights in mid-February 2026 and had a great time. Our room was spotless and had a lovely view, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. I'd definitely recommend it.

The only thing I missed was a welcome drink at check-in. Apart from that, everything was perfect, and I'm looking forward to returning. My room was modern, very clean, well equipped, and well maintained, and I felt comfortable throughout the stay. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and lovely design. Breakfast was fantastic, with lots of fresh, tasty choices. I'd gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague.
