Holiday Inn Prague Congress Centre by IHG

I've stayed here three times, by myself, with my family including two small kids, and as a couple. All three very different visits earned top marks from me. The breakfast, bed and room comfort, and location were all wonderful, as other reviews have said. The staff are what really made each stay special. I wish I'd remembered the names of the two receptionists who were there during our family visit, but I did remember Isabel, Patrik, and the wonderful Hanka. They're all helpful, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast staff and everyone else deserve recognition too. Whoever manages and hires here is doing something very right. It means a lot to feel welcome when you're away from home. Good people and a great property.

Some basic toiletries were missing, so I had to call for assistance. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was decent, though not outstanding. The hotel is great, with an excellent location near Prague. For a short business trip, I was satisfied with my stay.

A solid, functional place for a stay. The rooms are comfortable and the temperature controls work well; having power sockets by the bed is a big plus. Breakfast is pretty good, and the shower water gets nice and hot. The bathroom is basic, though, and it's a 15-minute walk to the tram. Overall, a perfectly fine basic hotel with no complaints.

The location made getting into the city really easy, and there’s a market and DM just around the corner. The rooms are nice, the service is good, and breakfast was great. I’d recommend their omelette. For my American friends, don’t expect the same setup as a US Holiday Inn. This is one of the good European ones.
