The location was good, and the woman at reception was kind. Those were the only positives. We booked two beds in a 10-bed mixed dorm, but spent three nights in a storage room measuring 2.00 m x 1.60 m, with just a bunk bed and a window. It felt worse than a prison cell and was extremely dirty, as shown in the attached pictures. There was also just one toilet with a shower for 20 people, and it was very dirty too. At 20 euros per person per night, this is a lawsuit.
