The room was clean, warm, and comfortable, and I had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very kind and helpful. My only reasons for taking off a star are the thin walls, which let noise through from other rooms but not from outside, and the limited TV channels.

We finished our 10-day Italy- Austria-Czech Republic trip with three nights here, and it was a 10/10, five-star stay. As a hotel operator in Türkiye, we were very pleased with the excellent service from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was truly wonderful. The green city card they gave us at check-in offered discounts at restaurants, cafes, clothing shops, souvenir shops, boat tours, and more. They also included a complimentary double Prague boat tour, a 50-minute river trip that costs 36 Euros per person. At checkout we received a 20 Euro coupon for our next stay and a Prague magnet. We had an early flight and asked reception for a lunch package, which they arranged without any trouble. They even let us take the water bottle from the room as a souvenir. The hotel is part of the Chezn Inn Hotel Group. We'll recommend it to all our friends.

Kyryl and the reception team were so kind, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel was clean, nice, and comfortable, and the location was excellent, fairly close to everything. We had a lovely stay in Prague and would happily come back. Highly recommend it.

The staff were amazing and really friendly, but the rooms are very small. It also gets loud at night because it's in a main area of Prague, with lots of drunk voices outside. I would've liked a better bathroom and at least a bit of storage in both the room and bathroom.
