Hotel Élite Prague

The trams are just a couple of minutes away, and there’s a Tesco nearby. The location’s good for getting to the centre. Our room was clean and small but fine, with tea and coffee facilities, and the bar area was nice. Breakfast had a great buffet selection. Staff were friendly and knew their stuff. There was work happening when we went in February, but don’t let that put you off.

We were there for three nights. Our room was compact but comfortable, and everyone on staff was warm and welcoming. Breakfast didn’t change from one morning to the next, which was a little disappointing, though it was still okay. The bar staying open until 11 p.m. was a big plus. They made really good cocktails, including some of my favourites, which I don’t often find at hotels. We had a nice stay.

The bathtub was exactly what I’d hoped for, and our room and bathroom were both great. Breakfast was lovely too, and we enjoyed the cozy little bar, where beers and cocktails were reasonably priced. We booked Hotel Elite for four nights over Christmas 2025 after spending quite a while researching places, and we were delighted with the choice. The staff gave us first class service from the moment we arrived. The hotel sits on a small dead-end back street, so there was no traffic noise, just a few happy revellers. We could walk to lots of places, and the farther sights, such as the church, were easy to reach by tram. We loved using the trams: we bought a 24-hour ticket and hopped on and off, which made getting around simple. We’d happily recommend this little gem and would definitely return to Prague, which is fab.

The buffet breakfast was the best I’ve ever had, absolutely worth it. The room was beautiful and very clean, with a comfortable memory foam mattress and a nice wardrobe. We booked a standard room and it was a great size. It’s a lovely hotel in a quiet area, with a great bar and happy hour. We met some wonderful people from Ireland, and reception staff were very helpful. The town is beautiful and very walkable, with amazing architecture if you look up. The location is great, though Prague Castle takes a bit of a walk to reach. The bathroom was heated and had rails. Taking a shower means climbing into the bath, which could be challenging if your balance isn’t great, since you have to hold on when stepping back out. There seem to be a few room choices, so I’m assuming some bathrooms may be open plan. Check the room layout when booking.
