The room could have been nice, and the reception staff were kind and helpful. The man making coffee at the bar in the mornings was polite and friendly too. But the poor hygiene and the way part of the cleaning staff treated me ruined the stay. On the first day, the bed was covered in hair. I asked for the sheets to be changed and was told the bed had been changed, but only some of the hair had been removed. It was still dirty and smelled unpleasant. Later, the red-haired cleaning lady spoke to me rudely and told me to leave the room. I refused because I wanted to see the sheets changed after what had happened. Daily cleaning was almost nonexistent. They left towels each morning but didn't change the sheets or properly clean the room. I slept on dirty, smelly sheets for several nights. Cleanliness matters a lot to me, and this was unacceptable for a hotel. I don't recommend staying here and won't return.

The hotel's best feature is its location, and it was quiet at the start of the night. There are also two elevators. Beyond that, I wasn't impressed. The room was cold, and the air conditioner only switched on a few times overnight. The furniture looks pretty and gives the place a certain vibe, but may not be practical for a longer stay. Breakfast was average. I wasn't sure the pastries were fresh, some fruit looked close to spoiling, and the plates weren't washed properly. Even though we asked in advance, there was no alternative to cow's milk or gluten-free bread. They had forks instead of tongs for serving, which made it awkward.

The staff were extremely friendly, and the location worked very well for us since it was close to everything we needed. Our room and bathroom were clean, although the furniture and interior felt a bit old. Breakfast was okay, but I expected more choice at a four-star hotel. The stay itself was pleasant.

I never stayed at this hotel, but they charged me anyway. There was no check-in, no stay, and no service. I had asked a simple question about currency conversion and clearly said I wasn't disputing the payment. The hotel answered aggressively and unprofessionally. When I asked them to communicate respectfully, they cancelled my reservation and still charged me. Completely unacceptable. I'd strongly advise others to double-check their billing.
