W Prague

The hotel staff and the team at Fat Cat were so friendly and helpful. A receptionist helped us plan our days, and Jan personally made sure we got our transfer. Our decorated room was tidy, clean, and comfortable, and breakfast at the adjoining Fat Cat was as good as any we've tasted. We were just a stone's throw from the nearest Christmas market, thanks to the central location. This was our first Prague visit, and we loved the city's remarkable architecture, markets, and Christmas lights everywhere. We'd definitely return to Prague, since there's still so much to see, and we'd stay at the Jalta without a doubt. We recommend Jalta with every confidence. Thanks to Jan and the team for taking such good care of us. After reading reviews before our trip, we were relieved, and now can't understand how the hotel could have a single bad one.

You can see all of Prague from the upper floors. It's a brilliant place to stay, with a very high standard. The restaurant food is amazing too. Really worth a visit.

Our first room was rather small, so we paid to upgrade and found it well worth the extra. The reception team and staff at the Fat Cat restaurant were fabulous. We kept returning there for meals and drinks because it was the best food and drink we found in Prague. We loved our stay and highly recommend it.

It's an interesting historic hotel in a great location. The room furniture is a little tired, though the bathrooms have been updated more recently. The restaurant is run by a burger chain, but serves a great buffet breakfast.
