Live bedbugs were in several spots in my room, including the carpet, bed, wall, and pillows. This is a serious hygiene and health concern. I rarely leave reviews, but feel I should warn others. I’d seen reviews about bedbugs and poor cleanliness from less than eight months earlier, but gave the hotel a chance, assuming the problem had been dealt with. Clearly, it hadn’t. When I reported it and showed clear photos, the receptionist dismissed it as “not possible” and didn’t apologize. Getting a refund was also extremely difficult. I had to keep insisting and arguing my case despite showing evidence of live bugs, which added stress to an already unacceptable stay. The denial and refusal to take responsibility were shocking. It makes me wonder how many other guests had the same experience and were ignored. Think twice before booking. No one should have to deal with this, especially when there were already clear warnings. I hope this helps others avoid a stressful, unhygienic experience.

The staff were rude and disrespectful, and their payment system kept causing problems. I offered to pay online before arriving, but they repeatedly said all my cards were invalid, even though I’d used them in Europe and checked them before without trouble. I sent several messages to sort it out and got extremely rude, disrespectful, and even racist replies. Then they cancelled my booking just a few days before arrival, around New Year. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The neighborhood is great, with the Křižíkova tram and metro nearby, though the hotel itself isn’t central. The beds were comfortable, and for the price it’s a decent hotel. Some doors were damaged, and the carpets and plugs were not clean at all. One odd thing: they ask for a 10/10 rating on Booking in exchange for a souvenir. I’d never seen a hotel do that before. I accepted because I liked the magnet, but I’m giving my real review here.

The rooms and service were very good, but the hotel gives customers a misleading impression about parking. I searched Booking.com for a hotel with parking. When we arrived, we learned that the parking was at another company a few dozen metres away and cost an extra 30 euros.
