Kasablanka Apartments

We had a good stay and didn’t let the small hassles spoil it. The apartment was roomier than we expected and had everything we needed, and the shared garden was lovely. One night another guest locked us out there, though the seating was comfortable enough for us to sleep for a few hours. We also ran out of toilet paper on our last day.

It was quiet and very clean, and the location worked well for transport, with plenty of trams and buses as well as local shops nearby. I chose the cheaper option for students, which didn’t include a small kitchen, though renting an apartment with one is possible and I’d like to try that next time. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I’d warned them about my late arrival because of my flight, and they still opened the door for me around 11 pm. Definitely recommend it.

The rooms and bathrooms are new and well equipped, and we were very pleased with the quality. There’s also a garden with a grill area, which we used with the hotel owners. The staff were kind and helped us find places to visit and eat. Room prices are very low considering how close it is to the city center.

The building is nice, the rooms are comfortable and very clean, and everything you need is there. It’s also well connected to the city center, with great hot water. My bags were delayed by the airline, and the staff went out of their way to arrange a pickup, receive them, and bring them to my room. I was extremely happy with their help. One suggestion: please add a mirror in the room. I was very satisfied.
