We booked through Booking.com expecting two bedrooms, but when we arrived, one of them turned out to be just a bed in the living room. The receptionist was rude and dismissive when I raised it, and handled the complaint unprofessionally. They didn’t take my concerns seriously. There weren’t even basic kitchen supplies, not the minimum I’d expect for a short stay. The location was disappointing too. The street had shady bars, places associated with prostitution, and obvious drug activity. It felt unsafe and nothing like the listing. The building was very noisy at night. Neighbors were loud and seemed suspicious, with people coming and going at odd hours. That made the stay even more uncomfortable. I’m sharing this to warn future guests that the place wasn’t what it appeared to be online.
