Lovely Prague Apartments

We had a great stay, thank you! The apartment was exceptionally clean and had everything we could need. It’s in a fabulous spot, with the Old Town and places like supermarkets not far away. The only issue was the air conditioning in two rooms.

We walked everywhere from apartment 403, which was a great alternative to a hotel. The two double beds were comfortable, and there’s a kitchen, sitting room, dining table, bathroom, and a separate WC with a washing machine. The lighting felt a little dim, and the sofa wasn’t especially comfortable, but I’d stay again. I wasn’t keen on the bath with a shower head and would have preferred a proper shower over the bath. Apartment servicing seemed to mean changing the towels only, with no bed making or kitchen tidying.

The boiler broke down during our stay, but they fixed it promptly and it didn’t affect us. The apartment looks fantastic and has everything you could want. We also found the location ideal, close to what we needed, with a cheap pub next door and a convenience store just down the road. I’d highly recommend it for couples looking for a weekend away. Easily one of the nicest apartments I’ve stayed in.

The apartment was spacious and very centrally located, but the price felt too high for its condition. We were two friends staying five nights in November 2021, and several things bothered us. The dishwasher didn’t work. We contacted the hotel on WhatsApp and were told it would be fixed as soon as possible, but nobody came. The place also felt worn. A strange liquid dripped from the wall into the kitchen above the sink, and some lights didn’t work, leaving the apartment quite dark. There were stains on the kitchen wall that looked like mold, and it smelled that way too. Housekeeping only took out the trash each day, so by the end of our stay the floor was pretty dirty.
