NH Collection Prague Carlo IV

It’s not in the old town, but the location is good and generally less expensive, with a tram line nearby. Ubers were quick to find, too. The friendly staff were helpful, and breakfast really stood out for its food, range of choices, and service. The bar staff were helpful as well, and dinner was quite good.

We spent quite a bit of time in the excellent spa and facilities, which were spotless and inviting. Our room was comfortable, well equipped, and thoughtfully laid out. The breakfast was rich and varied, with fresh, delicious food, lovely presentation, and special dishes available on request from the chef. Live saxophone and background music made mornings feel special, and the location was convenient, peaceful, and close to everything. The reception team handled several requests quickly and professionally before our arrival. During our five nights there, everyone was ready to help around the clock, always smiling and genuinely willing. The staff clearly cared about making the stay a good one, and the hotel was beautifully maintained and spotless.

The hotel felt welcoming, comfortable, and elegant, and I came away with a very positive impression. I’m especially grateful to Vladislav for his professionalism, attention, and genuine care. He understood what guests needed and treated me with empathy, kindness, and tact throughout my stay. He has a rare way of making people feel respected and looked after, and every interaction showed sensitivity and dedication. People like Vladislav do more than their jobs well, they raise the reputation of the whole hotel. They’re hard to find and impossible to forget. He deserves recognition and opportunities to grow professionally. I sincerely hope his talent and commitment receive the attention

The breakfast was a highlight, with good variety and quality, and the team provided consistently professional, service minded hospitality that felt in keeping with NH Hotels. Some of the property’s hardware and furnishings look aged and could use updating, but that didn’t take away from an enjoyable stay. Christina at the front desk deserves a special mention. Her check-in was warm and efficient, and she stayed attentive throughout our visit. She set a caring tone from the start.
