Numa Prague Flow

UPDATE: Three months later, despite NUMA saying it would, I still hadn’t received the promised 10%. They sent just a 1% refund. What a joke of a customer service experience. There’s a lot of false advertising with this hotel. Beware. I was disappointed by the stay, especially since I paid an average of €150 a night with breakfast. For that price, be aware there’s no reception desk, cleaning costs an extra €10 a day, and you’re talking to an AI on WA. The experience was terrible. There was mold and damp in the bathroom, and I saw bugs there too. They were apparently harmless, but still. The damp was so bad I had to keep showers to one minute, and the floor ended up like a pool. The door had signs this had been happening for a while, and even the outside wall of my room had damp issues. It was really uncomfortable to cut showers short to avoid flooding, especially at that price. The coffee machine didn’t work when I arrived, though they replaced it the next day. They kindly offered me a 10% rebate, but I never got it despite following up several times. Rooms can have issues, but customer care should follow through. That was the last straw. Breakfast was served somewhere separate from the hotel, which wasn’t convenient if you’re there for work, especially as it doesn’t open before 8 a.m. It would have cost less if I’d gone there myself without booking through the room. Another way this place seems to save money or scam guests.

This is my favorite Numa so far. The rooms are nicely decorated but still minimal, and everything was clean and well organized. There was enough luggage storage. It’s close enough to the center that you don’t have to walk miles, yet the area is really quiet. Nearby there are a couple of late-night shops, a pizzeria, a wine bar, and some cool restaurants.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and nice. It’s close to the Dancing House and the city center, with lots of restaurants and bookshops nearby.

Everything was good: clean, comfortable rooms, a handy A/C heating system, and easy check-in and check-out. The location was good too. Highly recommended!
