OREA Hotel Angelo Praha

Friendly staff, a great room, and a breakfast with loads of choice. I especially liked the pastries, and the 6:30 to 10:30 hours meant you could sleep in and still eat. I had the Twin Room with Complimentary Access to the Executive Lounge - Garden View. The view was just okay, but that didn’t matter much to me. The room was clean and had everything I needed. I didn’t have time to visit the Exclusive Lounge, so can’t comment on it. Andel is close by, with the Subway, buses, and tramways, so you can get around Prague without needing to transfer. I’d recommend staying here for a few days or longer.

The suite was spacious and clean, with a spotless bathroom, a generously sized balcony, and a very comfortable bed. I enjoyed sitting outside with coffee and a book, and slept very well. The location in Prague 5 is a real plus: the Old Town is about a 15-minute walk, and public transport nearby is excellent. Reception also sorted out my booking issue quickly when I arrived, which I appreciated. The main problem was the street noise. The suites face the street, and even from the seventh floor I could clearly hear trams late in the evening, including around 11 PM. Breakfast was decent. The lounge drink selection was very limited, just coffee, water, and one juice, and I’ve had much better lounge offerings at other hotels. A pleasant stay overall, though those two points could be improved.

We had a spacious room with a coffee machine, fridge, and safe, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Orea Hotel Angelo Praha was clean and modern, and well placed for exploring Prague by tram or metro. We had a fabulous stay and highly recommend it. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

The room was roomy and well equipped, and the tram stop was a five to six minute walk away. The location was very good, and you could even walk to the Old Town in around 45 minutes in good weather. The staff were especially helpful. They let us check in early as soon as a room was ready, and packed a small box of food for our departure since we’d be leaving before breakfast. Breakfast had an amazing range, and I loved the barista coffee station. Starting the day with good coffee made a real difference. The staff member seating people was distant but helpful and professional.
