The spa facilities are lovely, and the staff are kind. They handle any issues that come up during a stay appropriately. Excellent customer service.

The quiet location made it a good place to rest, and the staff were very kind and helpful. Food in the restaurant was good quality for the price. The rooms, though, feel dated for this price range. There were no power outlets by the bed, and the electricity sometimes cut out in my room. I had to replace my key card, and that seems to be a common issue. I had a decent stay overall.

We drove into Prague each day for sightseeing, parked at the Palladium mall, then came back to spend the late afternoon at the hotel. If you’re visiting with family and kids and have a car, this might suit you. It’s close enough to Prague for daily drives. The rooms are especially spacious, which was great with kids. The hotel was spotless, and the pool and sauna area were clean and pleasant. Breakfast was good, though it could have had a little more variety. The staff were nice, and the spa and massage were really good.

We didn’t get a chance to try the wellness area or pool, though they looked very nice. In the evening we played bowling in the underground bar. The building’s wooden exterior makes it look smaller and more welcoming, and inside there’s original art and funny details, even in the toilets. Our company workshop lasted two days, and we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, each with its own balcony. Breakfast had lots of delicious options, though the cappuccino could be better. The catered food was tasty at the coffee breaks, lunch, and dinner too. The one thing that needs work is pedestrian access. The approach seems designed only for cars, with no pavements or signs for people walking. A great hotel for company events :)
